Walls, ceilings, trim, doors and closets — painted room by room so you keep the use of the house, with floors and furniture protected and nothing left behind but the finish.

The paint is the easy part. What separates a good interior job from a stressful one is everything around it: which rooms go first so you're never without a bedroom, how the furniture gets moved and covered, where ladders and drop cloths live overnight, and whether a family can still cook dinner and sleep in the house while it's happening.
So we plan it like a job, not an afternoon. Rooms are staged so you keep the use of the house. Floors are covered wall to wall, furniture goes to the middle of the room under cover, switch plates come off rather than getting painted around, and we use low-VOC paint so rooms are usable again quickly.
And if you can, paint before you move in. An empty home is the fastest, cleanest interior job there is — our Fort Lauderdale condo repaint, every room, door and closet in Sherwin-Williams, was done for new owners who wanted the whole place finished after buying it. Our painting team handles the brushwork; we manage the job and stand behind the finish.
Walls are the obvious part. The finish work is what people actually notice.
Nail holes and dings patched and sanded, cracks caulked, then walls and ceilings in the sheen that suits each room. Ceilings get a flat finish that hides imperfections; walls get something you can actually wipe clean.

Baseboards, casings, doors and the inside of closets — the details that make a room look finished rather than just recolored. Glossy trim is scuff-sanded first so the new coat bonds instead of peeling at the first bump.
Get an interior quote →The humid rooms. South Florida bathrooms stay damp even with the AC running, so they get a mildew-resistant finish in a sheen that handles moisture and regular wiping — and kitchens get the same scrubbable treatment.

Paint chips lie. A color that looks right in the store can turn cold or yellow under South Florida daylight and your own bulbs. Put large swatches on two or three walls and look at them morning and evening before committing.
Flat for ceilings, matte or eggshell for living areas and bedrooms, satin for kitchens, bathrooms and kids' rooms, and semi-gloss for trim and doors. Higher sheen cleans easier but shows every flaw in the wall.
Clear small items off shelves and walls and put away anything fragile or valuable. We move and cover the furniture, take the switch plates off, and put everything back where it was when we're done.
Moving into a new place — or getting one ready to sell — is when a fresh interior pays off most. Pair it with clean glass and a washed exterior and the house looks right inside and out from the first day.
Fresh walls behind dirty glass still look tired. Windows cleaned inside and out, tracks and sills included, once the painting is finished and the drop cloths are gone.

Floors covered wall to wall, furniture moved and wrapped, switch plates off. Then nail holes and cracks are filled and sanded, and glossy trim is scuff-sanded so the new paint bonds.
Edges are cut in along ceilings, corners and trim before the walls are rolled, and rooms are finished in sequence so nobody is left without a place to sleep.
Furniture back, plates back on, floors cleaned up — then we walk each room with you and touch up anything you point out before we call it done.
