Parkland Bay is one of the newest communities in the city: roughly 550 Lennar homes built around 2018 to 2022, wrapped around a 178-acre lake off West Hillsboro Boulevard west of Nob Hill Road, behind a staffed gate. Architecture runs Spanish, Mediterranean and Italian, and the HOA takes care of lawns and landscaping.
That age matters more than it sounds.
