MiraLago is Lennar's gated community at Nob Hill Road and Hillsboro Boulevard, directly north of Parkland Golf & Country Club. Building began around 2014: roughly 530 residences, including single-family estates and the Town Parc townhomes, laid out on peninsulas and cul-de-sacs around Lake Majesty — at about 240 acres, the largest lake in Parkland.
The layout that gives MiraLago its views also shapes its upkeep. Walls, screens and roof slopes facing the lake sit in more humid air for longer, so they gray and green noticeably faster than the street side of the same house. We see it on almost every MiraLago job: a clean front and a tired back.
At a little over a decade old, many homes here are also approaching their first exterior repaint. A proper wash first tells you honestly whether you need paint yet — often a soft wash buys another couple of years.
