About 590 homes on a 288-acre site that's half lakes — with an HOA that runs the landscaping and the irrigation. That last part is why so many Watercrest homeowners call us about stains they didn't cause.

Watercrest was built by Standard Pacific Homes between about 2012 and 2018 — roughly 590 homes on 288 acres, around 150 acres of lakes, with two gated entries and a 24-hour guard. It was the first community built in "The Wedge," the land between County Line and Loxahatchee roads that joined Parkland, and residents share the lakeside PierHouse clubhouse.
Here's the Watercrest-specific problem: HOA dues cover landscaping and irrigation. The association's system decides where the water goes and how often — and irrigation water that repeatedly lands on concrete leaves orange rust, and on glass leaves hard-water spots. Homeowners end up with stains on their driveway and windows that they had no way to prevent.
Rust doesn't come out with pressure, however much you use; it needs a dedicated treatment and dwell time. Window spotting needs catching before it etches the glass. Both are routine for us — and the roofs here, now roughly eight to fourteen years old, are due for soft washing on top of it.
The three calls we get most from Watercrest.
Orange streaks on the driveway and walkways from sprinkler water. Treated with a dedicated rust remover and given time to work — it's a separate step from pressure washing, because pressure alone won't lift it.

White spotting on lower windows where the irrigation reaches. Removable while it's still on the surface — left for years it bonds into the glass. We'll tell you which stage yours is at.

At eight to fourteen years old, most Watercrest roofs are due for their first or second cleaning. Low pressure, algae killed at the root, no walking on the tile.
Roof cleaning details →Watercrest has two gated entries with a 24-hour guard. We'll get on the list for the entrance nearest your home so there's no waiting at the gate.
If you can, ask the HOA or check the irrigation schedule for your zone — we'd rather not have sprinklers running on a surface we've just treated for rust.
We'll provide a Certificate of Insurance for the association before the job if they want one.
We'll clear the black streaks before your deadline — safely. Our soft wash system kills the algae at the root without cracking a single tile or voiding your roof warranty. Roof cleaning starts at $365, and if you add your driveway to the same visit, we'll take $95 off your driveway price.
✓ Free & no obligation · ✓ Most quotes back within 1 hour · ✓ No site visit needed for most jobs
Offer valid through the end of the current month, while availability lasts. Roof cleaning starting price of $365 applies to standard single-story residential roofs; final pricing depends on roof size, pitch, type, and condition. The $95 discount applies to driveway cleaning when booked together with a roof cleaning on the same visit. Cannot be combined with other offers. Free estimates provided before any work begins.
Every service we offer is available inside Watercrest — and bundling rust, windows and the roof into one visit costs less than three.
